The Millers Room – 1st Floor

Wake up to the sounds of The River Esk in a Super King Size Hypnos Wool and Cashmere Super King Size bed with 325 thread count bed linen, four feather pillows and feather duvet for the ultimate night’s sleep. For extra comfort, a pure cotton quilt to add an extra layer for chillier nights.

The en-suite bathroom has a rain shower over the bath, a heated floor and complimentary toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soaps Company. Fluffy white bath robes and towels, Hairdryer and slippers also provided so there’s no need to pack your own.

The Pentland Room – 2nd Floor

Enjoy the sounds of the birds and the river while staying in our Pentland Room with two Hypnos cashmere and wool beds that can be conveniently joined to create a super king size luxury bed with 325 thread count bed linen and four feather pillows to ensure the perfect nights’ rest. A choice of feather or pure wool duvet.

There are also two mohair throws just in case you feel a wee bit chilly. The en-suite bathroom has a heated floor, a walk in rain shower and complimentary toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soaps Company Fluffy. White bath robes, towels, slippers and a hairdryer are also provided so no need to pack your own.

The Esk Room – Master Suite – 2nd Floor

Enjoy the fabulous view to the gardens and the front of the house in this luxurious bedroom with top of the range Hypnos Wool and Cashmere Super king size bed, 325 thread count bed linen, 4 feather pillows, duck and down duvet and two pale blue mohair throws just to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.

The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a heated floor, a roll top bath and a walk in rain shower and bidet. Complimentary toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soaps Company, fluffy white bath robes and towels area provided alongside a hairdryer and slippers so no need to bring your own.

The Dalkeith Room – 3rd Floor

Our second loft bedroom really does feel like you are sleeping with the birds. Situated at the top of the house with a view into the plum cherry trees, enjoy waking up in our two Hypnos cashmere and wool beds that can be conveniently joined to create a super king size luxury bed with 325 thread count bed linen, four feather pillows and feather duvets to ensure the perfect nights rest.
